Welcome to EasyHit Store (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website www.easyhitstore.com and purchasing products from us, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is an acknowledgment, not acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in your local currency where possible and include VAT in the EU only. Additional custom fees might apply depending on your location.

  • For United States customers all custom fees and tariffs are prepaid and included in the price.

  • We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly.

7. Warranty & Faulty Goods

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, images, text, designs, product descriptions) is owned by EasyHit Store or licensed to us.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits, or data resulting from the use of our site or products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted to you under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date”.
